The majority of Grace Personal Training takes place online. You will get your personalised training program with instructional videos via your training app, which is where you will also record your results and track your progress.

Your personalised training program is completed in four-week blocks, to best support your goals, changing fitness, and lifestyle. After your 4 weeks, we can assess if you need more accountability, how you are tracking with your workouts, tweak your nutrition, and update your program so you’re never bored and continue keep progressing with your fitness.

Our personalised programs are for anyone who has ever said ‘I want to feel better, run further, lift heavier, get fitter, hit goals, increase energy, sleep better, balance my life’, but who also thinks they don’t have the time, money, ideas or motivation to do it. Life happens, holidays get booked, the family gets sick, or your work schedule changes. While at GracePT we think we can adapt programs to suit any of life’s circumstances, you can always cancel or pause your training at the end of a 4-week block, until you are ready to pick up again.

No, however I provide you with calories and macros to suit your goals and regime, and help you keep accountable to staying within them, with support on how to pick meals that you can both enjoy and that will also reach your nutritional needs. We can also work on movement targets rather than a specific training program.
