Nope. Some clients love tracking, some don’t. I’ll help you build awareness around food, hunger cues, and smart choices - whether that includes tracking or not. The goal is confidence and freedom, not obsession. Tracking does allow for quicker results with more accurate data - and that’s how we treat it. It’s just information.

Yes - there’s a 12-week minimum commitment.
That’s because real results take time, and so does building the habits that get you there. This gives you the chance to properly settle into your routine, see progress, and actually give it a fair shot. After that, you can choose to continue month-to-month and cancel in line with our notice policy. -
