I’m Rachel,

the face of GracePT & your go-to Coach for real balance

I wasn’t born loving fitness.

or “naturally fit”... I didn’t even like it.

I fell in love with exercise after years of doing it all the wrong ways. It started when I used it to help me get through the stress of studying for the HSC. I started with free apps, runs with my family dog, and piecing together gym routines that were brutal and not effective.

I stuck with it because moving my body made me feel capable. And that feeling changed everything.

What started as a mental outlet became my passion and purpose.

I studied to become a qualified Coach, not just to learn the science & skills - but to help women like me stop second-guessing themselves in the gym, in how to fuel their bodies, and in their own skin.

Because let’s be real: the fitness industry hasn’t made it clear or simple. Its overwhelming.

So many women are out there trying hard! Cutting carbs, grinding through random workouts, stuck in all-or-nothing cycles. Feeling lost and not getting results. I know the frustration. I’ve lived it.

That’s exactly why I built GracePT.

Coaching to make fitness work, for real women with real lives - mums, shift workers, students, and social butterflies who want to feel strong, in control, and proud of their bodies without burning out. Looking after yourself while still enjoy the good stuff.

I’m not here to sell you restriction or perfection. I’m here to teach you how to train with purpose, fuel your body without guilt, and build habits that last.
